This policy explains how FollowUp Copilot handles client messages, screenshots, reminders, subscriptions, and AI analysis. Last updated: May 21, 2026.
Information the app handles
Client leads, pasted messages, generated replies, stages, and reminder times are stored locally on your device.
When you choose to analyze a message, the message text and selected business type are sent to the app's secure assistant service to generate a summary, intent, urgency, and reply drafts.
Selected screenshots are processed on device using Apple's Vision framework to extract text. You can edit extracted text before sending it for AI analysis.
Follow-up reminders use local notifications. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings at any time.
Purchases and subscription status are handled by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The app does not receive your full payment card details.
How information is used
Information is used to organize leads, generate reply drafts, schedule reminders, and restore subscription access.
Support requests may be used to diagnose issues. Please avoid sending private client information in support reports.
FollowUp Copilot does not sell personal information.
Data retention and control
Local lead data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app. AI analysis requests are processed to provide the requested result. You control what message text is submitted for analysis.
